Great atmosphere...
Run by Claire & Grahame since August 2000 the pub has gone from strength to strength building up a good solid local trade while benefiting from a very good tourist trade in the finer months. For a small town of under 3000 people Upton has a fantastic variety of events throughout the year in particular hosting four very large festivals - Folk, Jazz, Blues and Water Festival.

Newly refurbished
The Kings Head has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, we have a lovely new dining area, a cosy snug bar and our riverside bar with pool, video juke box and live sports so, if its a drink with friends, a romantic dinner or a game of pool the Kings Head has it all.
