News From The Riverfront
The Folk Festival has been and gone with everyone doing the best they could but it wasn't very busy I'm afraid to say.They had to move the official campsite to the A38 junction because the original one was flooded. I don't think that their cause was helped by the media showing pictures of the 2007 flood just before the weekend, kept people away I fear.
We have been promised our River Terrace back for the Jubilee Weekend which is just as well because we have a concert booked on there for the Bank Holiday Monday. Watch this space for details.
